Please Stay Home if you are Unwell

With the recent rise in illness in the community, we politely ask that if you are feeling unwell, please avoid the library. We'd like to keep our staff and patrons safe from illness as much as possible.

If you need some new books, we have a 'Click and Collect' or a 'Home Delivery' service available for some libraries.
Frankton Library Construction
Due to some building works at Frankton Library there may be some intermittent noise disruptions. During this period the library meeting room will be closed to the public from Tuesday 11 June; and building works are scheduled to commence on Monday 17 June. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

New Library Website

We're thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new library website!

You can jump straight onto the website by clicking here.

Our new site combines a sleek, modern design with vibrant pops of colour from our new library colour palette and will soon have photos of our libraries and library whānau from across the district.
This is just the beginning! Over the coming months, we'll be adding even more features — from new eResources, book recommendations, to handy resource hubs. Plus, keep an eye out for our colourful new branding across all of our regular channels!

We hope you love it as much as we do!
