Never miss a reminder from the library
We've noticed some members are finding that their library notices and reminders have been going into their email spam folders.
All of our library notices and reminders come from the email address: noreply@kotui.org.nz. We only send important reminders from this email address, but they could still get caught by your spam or junk filters.

Important notices you could be missing include:
  • When items you've put on hold are available for collection
  • When items are due back soon (this is an optional notice)
  • When items are overdue
  • When your library membership is due for renewal
Make sure you never miss an important message from Queenstown Lakes Libraries by adding noreply@kotui.org.nz to your email address book, contacts or trusted sender list (the terminology will vary depending on your email provider).
If you're having trouble doing this, pop into a branch and our librarians will be happy to help!
From 3 September, Glenorchy Library's Wednesday opening hours will shift to 2-4pm to allow for local children to visit after school.
Friday opening times remain unchanged.
